Norman uses the grandMA console almost everyday in one of Orlando's premier nightspots. However, he also does a number of one-off concerts and events using the grandMA console.

"It is the most stunning console I have ever worked with. I used the grandMA light on a gig I did last week, and it saved my life (8000+ venue and thirty minutes programming time). Our number one gripe with the MA and the button was right in front of our faces. We had to eat double the humble pie because if you press it twice, the exact menu we wanted comes up."
