v-Base
|

Just imagine.
Lighting TV shows, Operas, Theatres, Concerts and Corporate events projecting closed circuit video, streaming computer graphics, custom shapes or prerecorded video, in every imaginable style or colour onto sets, drapes, floors, props, artists, screens etc.
No more limits.
In many ways, lighting has been used to artistically imitate what ever effect we actually wanted.
The limitations has always been that of the lighting fixtures.
Why not just project it ?
What ever you can create on a computer you can project via a video projector. What ever you can stream or record with a camera you can project via a video projector.
Further more you now have the ability to project moving images....and even move them.
The vision behind the v-base has been to motorize a series of powerful projectors.
The projectors mounted in the v-Base has a light output sufficient to match and be used alongside most of the moving and conventional lights used in venues and studios today.
The v-Base construction is very rigid to ensure repeatability and accuracy. The control of pan, tilt, motorized zoom and focus is done directly from our motor drivers to ensure good repeatability and timed movements.
Using our built in DMX to RS232 interface, selected parameters of the video projectors can be controlled via a standard dmx512 lighting console.

| Note: |
v-Base PCB controlled parameters are absolute.
Often RS232 controlled features are not absolute, and these values can therefore not be stored as absolute cues on a DMX512 console
Most features that are available via RS232 control in the projectors, can be implemented as custom software upon request.

EvenLED
|

Theaters and TV Studios all over the world have used Cycloramas and backdrops lit by conventional cyclorama tungsten light sources for decades.
This method has always presented the problem that a total evenness of the surface is very hard to achieve, beside the fact that filters in cyclorama light have a very short lifetime.
Also, the huge amount of cyclorama light necessary is both power consuming and generates a lot of unwanted heat. Therefore Brother, Brother and Sons ApS have developed the EvenLED System.
The EvenLED modular system is a 'wall' of high power 6 watt RGB LEDs spaced evenly behind a standard backprojection screen which creates a totally even light filed over the entire surface.
Driven by the BBS unique LED controller EvenControl, an until now, unseen totally smooth 16 bit resolution for each color. Where not only saturated color but even fine tinted colors can be achieved.
The EvenLED is a graphic wall with a size of your own choice, enabling you to do color fades, power flashes, drifting shadows, morphing effects, sharp silhouettes and more. An until now unseen painting tool for Lighting Designers.
