If you do not provide an account, we will ship your equipment fully insured, pre paid and added to your bill via UPS Ground. A.C.T Lighting, Inc. warranties all products against defects in material or workmanship for a period of 1 YEAR from date of purchase. This warranty covers all parts and labor to repair or replace (at our option) defects covered by this warranty. A.C.T Lighting, Inc. does not, however, warranty its products against any or all defects arising as a result of accident, unreasonable use, improper service or other causes not arising out of defects in material or workmanship. Transportation to or from our repair office IS NOT COVERED by this warranty. The customer is solely responsible for ALL freight charges incurred during the warranty repair process.
