This product from A.C.T Lighting, Inc. is warranted against defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the initial date of purchase. This limited warranty protects the original owner and all subsequent owners provided the product was purchased in the U.S. and proof of purchase is presented when warranty service is required.

A.C.T Lighting, Inc. does not, however, warrant its products against any or all defects arising as a result of accident, unreasonable use, improper service or other causes not arising out of defects in material and workmanship.

During the one (1) year warranty period, A.C.T Lighting, Inc. will supply all parts and labor to repair or replace (at our option) defects covered by this limited warranty, provided the unit is returned to:

with transportation costs and full insurance prepaid each way. All returned products must be accompanied with the following information: date purchased, dealer name, company name, contact name, telephone, and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which can be obtained from A.C.T Lighting, Inc.

Liability of A.C.T Lighting, Inc. is limited to the repair or replacement (at our option) of any defective product and shall not include incidental or consequential damages of any kind.
